What does Black Tie Optional, Formal Required mean?

Can I bring my kids or a date?

Answer

Guest list has been painstakingly curated and finalized and is limited to those whose names are written out on your invitation & pop up in the website RSVP.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will have a shuttle to two hotels (see travel page) prior to the ceremony and after the reception- details of shuttle times will be available for you upon arrival to the hotel.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yep! But for those staying at the designated wedding hotel(s) a shuttle will be available. **Guests staying for the on site after party are required to leave on the shuttle**

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive by 3:00pm for our 3:30pm ceremony.

Who's playing the music?

Answer

The Uptown Band! Shannon's favorite event band ever since her college days working weddings at the Hershey Country Club. Come ready with your dancing shoes!

Are the events indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Plan for the ceremony to be outdoors (weather permitting). Cocktail hour will be indoor/outdoor. The reception will be indoors.
