Asheville Regional Airport (AVL)

Asheville's airport is small but mighty, and services flights (including non-stop routes) from many major cities, including NYC, DC, Miami, Atlanta, and Denver. The airport is located about 20 minutes from downtown Asheville. You are able to rent cars on-site at the Asheville airport.

This is where we have our hotel block, and is where the transportation to/from the venue on the day of the wedding will depart from and return to. There's parking ($15/day), a rooftop bar, and it's within 10-15 minutes walking distance from the best of downtown (there is also a free shuttle service to/from downtown). To take advantage of the block's discounted rate, you must book your room by September 23, 2025 (though we would HIGHLY recommend booking your accommodations sooner than this, though, as Fall is Asheville's busiest season for tourism).

Travel Note

Wedding Day Transportation

We have booked 4 buses that have enough capacity to transport everyone to/from the venue on the wedding day. They will depart from the front of the Hilton Garden Inn Asheville Downtown at promptly 3:00 PM on the 25th, and will depart from the venue at 11 PM. You can also arrange to get to/from the venue by Uber/Lyft - if you elect this option, we would recommend reserving the return ride in advance to guarantee availability. Regardless of how you're planning on getting there, please plan to be at the venue no later than 3:30 PM.
