We will have a few light bites, as well as a full bar. Trolley transportation will be provided at the end of the night, leaving The Hound at 10 PM and returning to The Hilton Garden Inn Asheville Downtown. Come say hi before the big day!

Wedding Transportation Departure To Venue

There will be 4 school buses waiting out front - this is enough capacity for all guests to catch a ride, if desired. The buses will leave promptly at 3:00 PM - no exceptions. If you miss the bus, you can Uber/Lyft. You are also able to drive yourself (there is parking at the venue). However you plan to get there, please plan to be at the venue no later than 3:30 PM.
Pre-Ceremony Mingle, Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception

Cocktail attire.
The pre-ceremony mingle, ceremony, and cocktail hour will be outdoors, so keep that in mind when dressing. The venue will alert everyone when it is time to begin moving from the pre-ceremony mingle to the ceremony, and will provide transportation to any who want it (though you are also free to walk - it is a beautiful 10 min. walk across the entirety of the grounds).
