Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is free and plentiful at the Mariners' Museum. We will be using the side business entrance for the event.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVP by August 28, 2025.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Garden Party Attire: Slacks, khakis, button-down, polo, etc (jacket and tie optional). Sundresses, cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, etc. Ceremony will be in grass, so heel-wearers keep that in mind!!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to the ceremony so we can start at noon!

Question

What does the timeline look like for the event?

Answer

Both the Ceremony and Reception will be at the Mariners' Museum in conjoined spaces. We're still working out the exact schedule but please find a rough outline below. Ceremony will begin at 12:00 pm. Following the Ceremony, there will be a brief interlude for drinks while the Bridal Party wraps up photos. Lunch will be served by 1:00 pm. Send-off is at 5:00 pm.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcome! We want everyone to be able to celebrate with us. Please let us know if you will require a high chair.

Question

Will alcohol be served at the reception?

Answer

Yes, beer and wine will be available during the reception. There will also be a champagne or non-alcoholic sparkling cider toast. The drinking age in the United States is 21, and guests may be required to show valid photo ID when ordering.
