When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by April 25, 2025. After receiving your Save the Date, a formal wedding invitation will also be mailed a few months prior to the wedding. Os rogamos que confirméis vuestra asistencia antes del 25 de abril de 2025. Una vez recibáis la notificación de “Reserva de Fecha”, pasados unos meses, también se enviará por correo una “Invitación de Boda” formal.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests arrive between 3:30pm-3:45pm. Our wedding ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm. The entrance to the venue will be roped off at 4:00pm to prevent any interruptions to the ceremony. If you do arrive late, please wait at the entrance to the driveway until staff at the event remove the rope at the start of the cocktail hour. Please see our "Schedule" page for more information. Rogamos que los invitados lleguen al recinto entre las 15:30 y 15:45. Nuestra ceremonia de boda comenzará puntualmente a las 16:00 horas y en ese momento se acordonará la entrada al lugar de la celebración para evitar interrupciones durante la ceremonia. En caso de llegar tarde, esperad en la entrada al recinto, hasta que retiren los cordones al comienzo del cóctel. Consultar la página “Horario” para más información.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If you are given a plus one, it will be labeled on your invitation and your RSVP. While we would love to include everyone, the size of our wonderful gathering has made it challenging to extend plus ones to all. Thank you for understanding! Si se os asigna un acompañante, se indicará en su confirmación de asistencia. Nos encantaría incluir a todos, pero por razones de aforo nos vemos obligados a restringir el número de invitados. ¡Gracias por vuestra comprensión!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, in order to allow our guests (including parents) an evening of pure celebration, we are only accommodating select children on an invitation only basis. Please refer to your personal invitation for further clarification. Thank you for understanding! Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Semi-Formal. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. If you are pondering what the backdrop of your photos might be, the venue is nestled beneath a small patch of redwood trees and is going to feel like a "forest wedding". El atuendo podrá ser formal o semiformal: esmoquin o traje para caballeros y vestido largo de gala o vestido de cóctel para las damas. Para quienes tengan en consideración el escenario de fondo en sus fotos, el lugar de la celebración está ubicado entre árboles de sequoia, bajo los cuales uno puede sentirse como en el bosque.

Is there parking at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at the venue. The drive to the venue is up a narrow winding road, so for your safety we ask that you please not drive if you are planning to drink alcohol at the wedding. Or, if you'd like to leave your car at the venue overnight you are welcome to do so, as long as you pick it up by 10:00am the following morning. Sí, hay estacionamiento en el recinto de la boda. No obstante, el camino hacia el lugar de la celebración es una carretera estrecha y sinuosa, por lo que aconsejamos a quienes planeen tomar bebidas alcohólicas, y para su seguridad, no conducir. Existe también la opción de poder dejar el automóvil en el lugar de la celebración durante toda la noche, siempre que se recoja el vehículo antes de las 10:00 de la mañana del día siguiente.

Is there transportation to and from the AC Hotel?

Answer

We are arranging for a shuttle to arrive to the AC Hotel at 3:00pm. It will depart at 3:15pm and take guests directly to Deer Park Villa. The same shuttle will return to the AC Hotel at 10:00pm. A smaller sprinter van will also take guests from Deer Park Villa to the AC Hotel at 10:45pm, 11:30pm, and 12:30am, during the after party. Estamos organizando un servicio de transporte al AC Hotel a las 15:00. Saldrá a las 15:15 y llevará a los invitados directamente a Deer Park Villa. El mismo servicio regresará al AC Hotel a las 22:00. Una furgoneta sprinter más pequeña también llevará a los huéspedes desde Deer Park Villa al AC Hotel a las 22:45, 23:30 y 00:30, durante la fiesta posterior.

Yes, when submitting your RSVP you will be asked to detail any allergies and/or dietary restrictions. Answer

Your presence is our greatest gift. However, for friends and family who have expressed an interest, our registry can be found on the "Registry" tab, here on our website. Vuestra asistencia será nuestro mayor regalo.
