FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

5pm! Ceremony to start at 5:30pm

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

May 16th

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal Polished but relaxed - no tuxes but no flip-flops. Warm ceremony, cooler reception, so layers are your friend. Dress for the desert mood swing!

Question

What is the wedding theme?

Answer

Vibes are desert garden romance - romantic, classy, and not overly fancy. Soft florals, warm colors, and an easy elegance that says “yes, this is a wedding” but also “yes, you’ll be comfortable.”

Question

What's the weather?

Answer

Average highs around 85 degrees - Average lows around 50 degrees in the Chino Valley/Prescott area. (If you fly into Phoenix, you will temporarily be subjected to a real Arizona summer feel so dress LIGHT but pack your layers)

Question

Which airport should I fly into?

Answer

You have a few options depending on flight availability and how much driving you’re comfortable with: Prescott Regional Airport (PRC) 15–20 minutes to Chino Valley Closest airport with limited flights. Rental cars available (reserve early). Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) ~2–2.5 hour drive Best option for nonstop and international flights. Expect a scenic but longer drive north. Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport (AZA) ~2.5–3 hour drive Often good for budget flights, but the longest drive. Flagstaff Pulliam Airport (FLG) ~1.5–2 hour drive Small airport with limited routes and beautiful mountain views.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We highly encourage Mom & Dad to enjoy a well-deserved kid-free date night - but well-behaved little humans are absolutely welcome to join the party! Let us know when you RSVP :)

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Please check your invite or with the bride and groom if you’re not sure :)

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

The venue is located in Chino Valley, 2 hours north of Phoenix Intl. Airport. We reserved a hotel block at Holiday Inn Express Prescott - aprx. 30 minutes from the venue but closer to the nearest major city. There are discounted hotel rates and info on the hotel block in the 'Travel' tab.

Question

How far are hotels from the venue?

Answer

Most hotels will be in Prescott or Prescott Valley, about 20–30 minutes from the venue. We recommend booking early, especially for summer weekends.

Question

Will I need to rent a car?

Answer

Yes — a rental car is strongly recommended. Ride-share services are limited in Chino Valley and Prescott.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer
