RDU International airport is close, convenient, and affordable. The airport is a 15-20 minute drive from downtown chapel hill.

The Siena Hotel, Autograph Collection

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Siena Hotel, which will serve as our higher price point option. The Siena hotel is across the street from Trader Joe's and Whole Foods, and has a beautiful, Tuscan feel. The Siena offers a nice restaurant and bar, but does not provide complimentary breakfast. Parking is free. Use the link to reserve in the McFayden-Latimer block for $179/night. The Siena Hotel will also serve as the transportation hub for shuttles to and from the wedding. Be sure to book before April 24!

Hampton Inn & Suites Chapel Hill-Carrboro/Downtown

We have reserved a block at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Carrboro, which serves as a moderate price option. This option comes with a complimentary breakfast, and is located in the hipster town of Carrboro, just steps away from downtown Chapel Hill. Parking is $12/day. Use the link to reserve in the McFayden-Latimer block with rooms starting at $149/night. The group rate extends from May 22-May 27, if you choose to come early/stay late. Be sure to book before April 10!

Aloft Chapel Hill

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Aloft Chapel Hill, which will serve as our lower price-point option. The hotel is situated in a shopping center with boutiques and restaurants, slightly outside of the college scene. There is free parking but the hotel does not offer complimentary breakfast. Use the link below to reserve a room in the McFayden-Latimer block for $119/night. The group rate extends from May 21-May 27 if you elect to come early or stay late. Be sure to book by April 24th! Alternative Housing Options

Although we are providing hotel blocks, there are also inexpensive lodging options available on AirBnB, which can be a great option for travelers on a budget. If you are staying at an alternative housing option, please stop by the Siena Hotel to grab a welcome bag on Friday between 3-5pm, or on Saturday between 11am-1pm.

Shuttle

Shuttle to/from Siena Hotel to Chapel Hill Carriage House

May 25, 2019 4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

We will provide guests with a shuttle to and from the venue for the wedding and reception. Buses will depart the Siena Hotel at 4:00pm to the wedding, and will bring guests back to the Siena at 8:30pm, 9:15pm, or 10:15pm. RSVP's will also allocate a space to indicate your preference for a shuttle.

Travel Note

Parking

Carriage House provides parking for the ceremony and reception on Saturday night. If you drive to the venue and prefer not to drive home, you are welcome to leave your car at the venue and pick it up by 12pm on Sunday. If there is space on the departing buses, you are welcome to hop on, but please allow guests who have reserved a spot on the bus to board first. If no bus spots are left, Ubers/Lyfts are available for $10-$12 to downtown Chapel Hill. Please drink responsibly and do not drive if you have been consuming alcohol.
