TOPO Organic Spirits at Top of the Hill Distillery, TOPO Distillery
TOPO organic spirits was the first organic distillery in the deep south, and is dedicated to supporting local, organic farming. Tours of the distillery are available on most Fridays at 7pm as well as most Saturdays (times vary) and cost $20 per person. You will find a ticket for a free tour in your welcome bag. Such a neat planetarium- awesome for kids (and adults), especially if there is inclement weather.

TRU Deli And Wine Bar
Tru is a favorite for girls nights with great wine, beer, liquor, and cider on tap. Wonderful sandwiches and finger foods + appetizers. A great happy hour spot!
He's Not Here
This is your classic college bar. Do not expect cleanliness. Great deals on beers and ciders in the He's Not Cup that you can take home. A Chapel Hill staple.
Back Bar
One of our favorite bar spots, Back Bar, attached to Topo, is a casual bar with great drinks and games.
East Franklin Street
If you're interested in walking, take a stroll down East Franklin street to view some of the classic, NC sorority houses across from the UNC quad. The campus will be immediately to your right, with great walking trails. To your left will be several walkable neighborhoods with beautiful, southern architecture and charm.
Jordan Lake
If you plan on arriving early or staying later, venture out to Jordan Lake state park. A great location for swimming, camping, and enjoying lake front views!
