May 14th, 2025 It is important that we have responses by this date so we have numbers for seating and enough food for everyone in attendance. If you do not provide a response, we will assume you are not attending.
Cocktail Attire: Suits or dress shirts (tie optional), midi- or knee-length dresses or dressy separates Please DO NOT wear white, ivory, or anything that would be considered bridal. Also, be sure to bring your dancing shoes for the reception!

As much as we love your little ones, we want our friends and family to enjoy an evening of adult fun. We hope parents can use this as an opportunity to enjoy a night out without the kids! If you have any concerns or special circumstances, please don't hesitate to contact us directly to discuss further.
As much as we love that you want to capture our special moments, we would like to have an “unplugged” ceremony. Our professional photographer will be present for the day and we would like to minimize any and all possible distractions during the ceremony. We will be sure to share the pictures with everyone afterwards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony!
Feel free to sit on whichever side you would like! Please be aware that seats in the front rows are reserved for immediate family.
We highly recommend that you stay at the Altoona Grand Hotel as that is the location where the ceremony and reception will be held. We will have a discounted room block at the Altoona Grand Hotel for the wedding. Check out the Travel tab for more information. If you are staying at a different location, please be aware that you will be responsible for your own transportation to and from the venue. Yes! Please let us know ASAP so that we can take care of this with our caterer! We need at least a 3-weeks notice to make accommodations.
