Due to language barriers and the challenges of navigating a foreign country, Marika and I have decided to book the lodgings, busses, and plan group meals ahead of time, so all you really have to do is come hang out! Of course, you are all more than welcome to do your own thing as there will be ample free time. Warsaw has plenty of restaurants, shopping, rental cars, and English speakers that can help you find your way around. There is a "Group Meal, Lodging, and Transportation Fund" in our registry. Any contributions to that fund will go towards the logistics for the weekend.

Six months prior to the date, we ask that you provide us with your flight information so that we can plan to accommodate with lodging and transportation. We find that the best airlines are Lufthansa and British Airways. Direct flights are rare. There is typically at least one connection. The Polish domestic airline is called LOT, this may be a connection partner but can also be booked for full flight itineraries. Be sure to shop around for the best prices, reasonable connection times, and convenient arrival and departure times. Note: Lufthansa flights are relatively inexpensive from Boston right now for these travel dates. $675 to $700 per person, round trip. This includes dinner and a checked bag

Remember to put very important personal items in your small, personal carry-on. Cash, electronics, jewelry, medications, IDs, and anything else that you need to keep close at hand. It is rare, but sometimes checked bags get lost. Often times there is limited space in the overhead bins and they will check larger carry-on suitcases before boarding.

For those of you that have not flown overseas, these flights include a meal, plentiful snacks and drinks, a pillow, blanket, headphones, and typically wine is complimentary. Leave plenty of time to get through security, and there is often a long wait to get through customs and identification checks upon arrival

ACCOMMODATION: There are a total of 100 places on the premises of our facility Accommodation located in 30 cottages and a separate building. 10 cottages are equipped with: • bedroom with a double bed • living room with a sofa bed on which 2 people can sleep • fully equipped kitchenette • bathroom. 20 cottages are equipped with: • double or triple bedroom • bathroom • coffee machine and kettle • refrigerator. There is a parking space in front of each of the houses. In addition, we also have a separate building in which there are accommodation and a room for the Bride and Groom located on the ground floor. RENTAL PRICE OF ACCOMMODATION: • PLN 150 ($42) per person, per night • Breakfast in the form of a Swedish buffet (aka a Smorgasbord) - PLN 35 ($10) per person
