Guest arrive in Poland between Thursday, August 6th and Friday, August 7th. ***Note*** Please try to arrive on Thursday the 6th to allow extra time for delays, missed connections, weather, ect.*** Guests will be responsible for their own transportation to the hotel and Thursday night dinner. We will be booking hotel rooms, busses, and arranging meals. If you would like to contribute to these costs, there is a "Group Meal, Lodging, and Transportation Fund" in our registry. Friday morning there will be a brunch on us at the hotel before checkout, then we're off and running! The busses will depart on Friday Afternoon from the hotel or designated meeting spot to bring guests to the lodgings at venue, and will continue to transport guests to all locations throughout the weekend and back to Warsaw after the wedding. Busses will depart for the Church Ceremony at 3PM on Saturday. It is less than a five minute ride to the ceremony. Wear you best celebration attire!

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
Busses will return guests the the venue and lodgings, where you can change your shoes, and get ready to celebrate! The reception goes from 6PM to 4AM (No, you don't have to stay that long, but if you don't you're a quitter) There are 5 courses, an open buffet, an open bar, and a cake large enough to fit Tyler inside. (Hint: Lodgings are on the venue property, so you can always go take a nap and come back!) Like we said, open bar AND you don't tip in Poland!
