What is the dress code?
Answer
Formal, Semi-Formal or Cocktail Attire is acceptable.

What time is check in at the hotel?
Answer
Check in is at 3pm. However, the hotel will accommodate early check in for as many guests as they can as rooms become available.

What time should I arrive at the venue?
Answer
The ceremony starts at 5:00pm. We ask that guests arrive 30 minutes before the start time (4:30pm) to make sure everyone is on time. There is a shuttle service from the hotel to the venue that will leave the hotel at 4pm.

Will transportation be be provided to and from the venue?

Yes. Transportation will be provided to and from the venue.

What time will the shuttle to the venue depart from the hotel?
Answer
The shuttle will leave the hotel at 4:00pm. Please gather outside of the entrance to the hotel at 3:50pm to make sure you don’t miss the bus!

What happens if I miss the shuttle to the venue?

If in the unfortunate event you miss the shuttle to the venue, we recommend getting an Uber.

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. The wedding is by RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those on our guest list who have RSVP’d.

What is the best taxi service to take from the airport to the hotel?

We recommend using American Taxi. Be sure to book in advance on their website (www.americantaxi.com). Please note that regular taxis offered at the airport are much more expensive.

You will have the option to choose your meal on the RSVP card by selecting chicken, beef or vegetarian. Chicken Option: Parmesan crusted chicken breast with Boursin cream sauce Beef Option: 8 oz filet mignon Vegetarian Option: Tortellini and vegetables in a cream sauce (please only choose this option if you have restrictions)
