Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

We hope to have the ceremony outside and the reception will be indoors.

What will happen after the ceremony?

Answer

Immediately following the ceremony, guests will be welcome to take part in our cocktail hour. The dinner will take place shortly after in the reception space.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

You are welcome to drive to the venue and park or use a ride-share service. We find that when using maps it is better to put in the address (1833 Welcome Lane Nashville, TN) rather than "Riverwood Mansion" to ensure the directions bring you to the correct side of the property.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The venue will be open to guests beginning at 4:30pm and the ceremony will begin at 5:30pm.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Parking is free onsite at Riverwood Mansion! All vehicles must be removed after the reception so vendors and staff can get prepped for any events the next day.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

There are so many unique and great hotels, inns, and Airbnbs to stay in in Nashville- for your convenience, we have made a few suggestions to help narrow the choices down. Visit the "Travel" tab to see our picks.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Please RSVP online no later that April 1st.

Yes! There will be plenty of food and drinks to go around during both the cocktail hour and the reception.

Some of the hotels do provide a free shuttle service that can be scheduled at your convenience.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #CoeInLove so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
