The Haciendas are located in the town of Puerto Aventuras. It is a safe, gated community. All guests entering the town must check in at the security gate and will be asked for an ID and information on where they are staying. We have organized group shuttles for those who marked that they were interested on the travel form. You will receive an email with information about your shuttle times/details soon. Once you arrive at The Haciendas, you won’t need a car—the town is very walkable. That said, if you have activities booked or would like to explore outside of Puerto Aventuras, you’re more than welcome to rent a car for added flexibility or use Uber/taxis. Rental cars are available from a variety of companies at the Cancún Airport. There is free street parking at The Haciendas if you choose to do so.
