For those able to attend, we want to emphasize this is a holiday weekend and lodging may book quickly. For your convenience, hotel block information is listed below. There are also many Airbnbs in the area along the lake.

Lodging located directly next to the wedding venue. While we would love to have everyone on site, there is allocated lodging for our event. The bulk of available rooms are reserved for close family and members of the wedding party for the duration of the weekend . Additional rooms in the Kachur-Ray Wedding Block are available for Saturday night only using the web link provided. Any unused rooms through the whole hotel will open to the general public on May 4th, 2026.

A nearby hotel located between the wedding venue and Grand Rapids, MI. Note: We have received feedback from guests that hotel rooms may be booked for cheaper outside of the wedding block. The room block will remain in place to hold space up through the wedding date but we advise researching and booking outside of the block if available.
Shuttle

We appreciate all for making the trip for our big day on a holiday weekend! As part of the festivities, we want to make sure everyone is fully able to enjoy themselves while also making it safely to and from the venue. There will be two scheduled shuttle runs starting at Best Western, continuing to Gun Lake Casino, and then final drop off at Bay Pointe Inn. The shuttle will also be available for guests throughout the evening if the need arises. Shuttle Times: 3:30 Best Western Pickup 3:50 Gun Lake Casino Pickup 4:10 Bay Pointe Inn Drop Off 4:30 Best Western Pickup 4:50 Gun Lake Casino Pickup 5:10 Bay Pointe Woods Drop Off Guests who arrive early on the first shuttle will be dropped off in front of Bay Pointe Bar & Grille.
