When should I RSVP by?

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The Dress Code for the Wedding will be Garden Formal. Feel free take a look at this Pintrest Board for outfit inspiration: https://pin.it/5pfEHQ87v Ladies, please kindly remember that white is reserved for the Bride.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 5:15pm, as we will be starting the ceremony promptly at 5:30pm. The Slopeside Grill will be open if you would like to enjoy a drink before the ceremony. Please note if you are using the provided Bus Transportation, pick up at the hotels will be at 4:30pm.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

As much as we love meeting new people, we’re keeping our guest list limited. If your invitation includes a plus-one, it will be noted there!

Are kids welcome?

As much as we love your little ones, we’re keeping the festivities adults-only. We hope you enjoy a fun night out!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes to both! There is VIP overnight parking for free. The Resort parking lot is under 24/7 surveillance. There will also be transportation to and from the Hampton Inn, and Country Inn and Suites listed in the "Travel" tab. If you plan on using the shuttle service, please include that in your RSVP.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! There will be a Welcome Party the day before the wedding, Friday, August 21st, and an After Party, after the Wedding Reception on the 22nd. Please see the "Schedule" Tab for more information. If you plan on attending these events, please include that in your RSVP.
