Steamboat Springs is three hours northwest of Denver. You can fly into Denver International Airport, rent a car and enjoy the scenic drive up.
Or if available, fly into the Yampa Valley Regional Airport in Hayden, CO, about 20 miles outside of Steamboat. There are ubers and shuttles available from the airport to Steamboat.
The reception is being held at the Depot Art Center at 1001 13th St, Steamboat Springs, CO 80487. This is walkable from the downtown area.
There is parking available at the Depot, as well as a public parking lot across the river.
There is also a free bus that runs from the mountain through Steamboat, and stops at 13th Street and Lincoln.
