Cocktail Note: There is a short walk on a gravel path from the ceremony area to the cocktail area - heels be warned!
To ensure that everyone is fully present and engaged in our ceremony, we kindly request that all guests refrain from using electronic devices, including phones and cameras, during the ceremony. Your undivided attention means the world to us as we exchange our vows. Thank you for respecting our wishes and sharing in this intimate moment with us
The venue has a long gravel road that wraps around the house. Please park anywhere on the grass along the sides of the gravel road.
*crossing fingers* Outdoors! There is an indoor backup plan if rain prevails.
Here are some recommended hotels suggested by the venue: ~ DoubleTree by Hinton Hotel in Winston-Salem ~Hampton Inn & Suites Winston-Salem/University Area ~There are also plenty of AirBnB's in the Winston-Salem area that can accommodate a larger number of guests Note: it is around a 30min drive from Winston-Salem to the Venue
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation.
We kindly request that our wedding be an adults-only celebration. We hope you understand and can arrange for childcare during the event. Thank you for your understanding and support as we create a special day for all of us
