If you prefer to take a mountain shuttle to get to and from Breckenridge vs renting a car, follow the link below for pricing and information.  *Travel Tips: Once you are in Breckenridge, the town is very walkable and there is a free in town bus. Please keep in mind when you are driving back to the Denver airport on Sunday, traffic will be heavy in the afternoon from the weekend visitors heading down the mountain.

Denver International Airport is approximately 1 1/2 hours from Breckenridge. Rent a car or take a mountain shuttle up scenic interstate 70 to the town of Breckenridge. *Travel Tip: Please keep in mind when you are driving back to the Denver airport on Sunday, traffic will be heavy in the afternoon from the weekend visitors heading down the mountain.

The Rocky Mountains of Colorado range between 8,000 and 14,000 feet above sea level. Denver is 5,280 feet (1 mile high) above sea level. Breckenridge is at 9,600 feet. Altitude can be an issue!
