Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes and no. We encourage guests to be stylish and comfortable! The wedding party will be sharing all kinds of formal attire in navy blue fashion and anyone is invited to join.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the ceremony about fifteen to twenty minutes prior to it starting at 3:30pm to allow all guests to arrive and meet at the platform in Calico Basin. The walk itself to the platform of where the ceremony will take place is about a ten minutes.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

There are multiple options available to accommodate for food allergies and preferences.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! The wedding party will have transportation to the exact location of the ceremony from Red Rock Hotel, which is ten minutes away from the parking lot of Calico Basin.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! There will be a reception held at GrapeStreet located right outside Downtown Summerlin for all guests who attended the ceremony. This Italian inspired restaurant is known for its selection of wines and atmosphere. Guests are offered a selection of dining options from their event menu.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP at least three weeks away from the day of the wedding to allow the bride and groom to plan accordingly.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Red Rock Hotel and Casino will be the location that the bride and groom are staying at for the weekend of the wedding. Guests are more than invited to join if they so choose.
