Hideout on the Horseshoe (On-Site Cabins)

We’ve rented the entire venue for the weekend! There are 19 cabins on the property for guests to rent; up to 108 guests can stay on-site (2 per bed, 2 per futon). Cabins will be available for wedding party & out-of-town guests first, and available for local (in TX) guests once wedding party and traveling guests have had the opportunity to book, thanks! Mention you’re part of the Rudd-Trent Wedding. Check-In: Friday at 4:00 PM Check-Out: Sunday by 11:00 AM You may arrive as early as 10:00 AM on Friday, enjoy the property, join us for tubing, and get settled before cabin check-in begins. Additional Nights: If you’d like to arrive earlier or stay later than Friday–Sunday, you may add extra nights (subject to availability) at a discounted rate of $129/night plus tax. We kindly ask that you confirm your cabin reservations before August 21, 2025 so we can finalize the guest list and assignments. There is no daily housekeeping service, but if you need mid-stay cleaning (e.g., changing guests in a cabin), a $50 cleaning fee applies and must be scheduled at least 5 days in advance. Check-out is at 11:00 AM on Sunday, September 21, 2025. Please plan accordingly so we can vacate the venue on time.

Horseshoe Riverside Lodge (Nearby Hotel)

Once the Cabins Are Booked… If the on-site cabins are already spoken for by the time you go to book, don’t worry—there are great options nearby! The Horseshoe Riverside Lodge is the closest hotel to the venue, located just down the road. It offers comfortable rooms and riverside views, and you’ll still be just a quick drive (or walk) from the wedding festivities. We recommend booking your accommodations early, especially if you plan to make a weekend out of it. The Texas Hill Country is a popular spot, and lodging near the river tends to fill up fast during event weekends. Whether you're staying at the Hideout, the Horseshoe Riverside Lodge, or another nearby spot, we're just thrilled you'll be joining us. Your presence means the world to us—and we can’t wait to dance, laugh, and celebrate together under the Texas stars!

Flight

By Air: San Antonio International Airport

We recommend flying into San Antonio International Airport (about 45 minutes away). If that does not work, you can also fly into Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (about 1–1.5 hours away). Rental cars or rideshares (when available) are the best options to reach Canyon Lake from either airport.

By Car: From San Antonio or Austin

From San Antonio: Approximately a 45-minute to 1-hour drive northeast. From Austin: Approximately a 1 to 1.5-hour drive south. We recommend using your preferred navigation app to find the best route.
