Wedding party arrival and rehearsal will be Thursday night. If you are staying in a cabin on property, and would like to check-in to your room early, this can be arranged for +129$ per room.
Rehearsal
5:00 pm
We will start Ceremony Rehearsal at 5pm. Hopefully done by 6:30 pm and we will provide a rehearsal dinner after.
Rehearsal Dinner
7:00 pm
We will provide a casual rehearsal dinner & drinks. :)

Lazy River Tubing Adventure (Optional)

Swimsuits, Sunscreen, Towel, & Water Shoes/Sandals Recommended
RSVP Required. Meet up at 11:30 AM at Hideout on the Horse Show ( our venue ) for one complimentary Lazy River-style float trip for up to 108 guests scheduled to leave at Noon (12:00PM) on Friday. Tubes will be provided. BYOB. Local Guests: Please feel free to bring your own coolers and ice. Out-of-Towners: We'll have some coolers and ice available for your beverages.

The Hideout’s grounds open for our wedding group. Come settle in, explore the beautiful property, and get ready for a fun weekend. If you would like to help decorate, let us know, we will start that around 10am
Cabin Check-In
4:00 pm
Cabins become available. If you’re staying on-site, this is when you can pick up your key. Feel free to enjoy the grounds before check-in time.

Start the day at your leisure. We’ll have a few offerings like orange juice, fruit, bagels, cereal available for all guests who are on-site.
Lunch (Open Menu)
12:30 pm - 1:30 pm
A light mid-day charcuterie will be available for all guests who are on-site.
Guest Arrival & Seating

Head over to the ceremony spot on the property. Our staff will help guide everyone.
Ceremony

We’ll exchange vows with a beautiful riverside backdrop.
Cocktail Hour
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Enjoy refreshments and light bites while we take family and wedding-party photos.
Reception
6:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Dinner, toasts, and dancing in the covered pavilion. Have fun and celebrate with us!
After Party
11:00 pm
For those who aren't ready for bed, the party can continue but we will be conscious of noise levels for other guests on property.
