Where do I park?
Answer
There is a parking lot right behind Stone Hill Farm, there will be signs placed on Wedding day to direct guests on where to park & enter the venue.

What time and where do you board the Shuttle?
Answer
2:00pm pickup at the Timberlake Hotel in Staples Minnesota

Can I still use the Shuttle if I do not have a reservation at the Timberlake Hotel?
Answer
Yes! Guests who do not have reservations at the Timberlake Hotel in Staples are still welcome to park there and use the shuttle to and from the venue if desired.

What time will the Shuttle leave Stone Hill following the reception?
Answer
Guests can expect to be picked up from Stone Hill Farm between 11:00pm | 11:15pm to be returned to the Timberlake Hotel in Staples.

Where should I stay?
Answer
Guests are welcome to stay at whatever hotel they prefer. We have family and friends coming from all over the State and a few from out of State. There is a list of Hotel | Accommodation options highlighted on our accommodation tab if you would like suggestions.

When do I need to leave Stone Hill Farm if I am staying onsite Thursday night?

Check out is at 8:30am Friday July 21st.

Can I bring my pet?
Answer
No. Per the venue's policy pet's are not allowed by guests during the Wedding ceremony or reception.

Can I stay in a cabin onsite?
Answer
Onsite cabin accommodations are limited and for members of our Wedding parties. If you would like to stay onsite guests are welcome to camp in the campground.
Question
If I want to camp at Stone Hill following the reception, when can I come set up my camping space?
Answer
If you plan on utilizing the campground you must arrive between 1:30pm - 2:30pm on Thursday to check in with the campground hosts and get settled prior to the Wedding Ceremony. Guests who camp will be encouraged to hangout in the campground | game area until the seating for the Ceremony begins. If you are planning on arriving after the ceremony has ended you may check into the campground after 4:00pm with the campground hosts. Please Note: Hook ups will not be available please plan accordingly. Dogs are not allowed onsite | in the campground. Please let Marissa know if you plan to camp @ (218.839.7422)
