Wedding Party Welcome!

Wedding party members and their dates should arrive at Stone Hill Farm at 4:30pm on Wednesday July 19th 2023. There will be welcome cocktails upon arrival, wedding party members will settle into their accommodations. Ceremony rehearsal will begin at 5pm. Cabin accommodations will be available onsite for members of the Wedding party. Please note: Check out from Stone Hill Farm is at 8:30am Friday July 21st.
Ceremony Rehearsal & Dinner

A short outdoor ceremony rehearsal lead by Michelle Ruen will begin at 5:00pm. Dates of members of the Wedding party are welcome to hangout in the activity area and enjoy cocktails & games during rehearsal. Following rehearsal an outdoor dinner will be provided along with drinks, games and toasts to end the evening.

Camping Check In

Please let Marissa know if you plan to camp @ 218.839.7422 Camping spots are available onsite for guests who would like to campout following the end of the reception. If you plan on utilizing the campground you must arrive between 1:30pm - 2:30pm on Thursday to check in with the campground hosts and get settled prior to the Wedding Ceremony. Guests who camp will be encouraged to hangout in the campground | game area until the seating for the Ceremony begins. If you are planning on arriving after the ceremony has ended you may check into the campground after 4:00pm with the campground hosts. Please Note: Hook ups will not be available please plan accordingly. Dogs are not allowed onsite or in the campground.
Shuttle Pick Up

Complimentary shuttle transportation will be available from the Timberlake Hotel in Staples to Stone Hill Farm at 2:00pm on Thursday, July 20th. Transportation will be available following the end of the reception back to the Timberlake Hotel in Staples between 11:00pm | 11:15pm.
