To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline is February 7. If we don’t receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as ‘no.’ We need to provide our venue and vendors with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you’ve received a plus one, they’ll be specifically addressed within the subject line of the invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding.
Children who are included on the invitations are absolutely welcome. To limit distractions during the ceremony, please know you will be responsible for your own children and childcare will not be provided. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation with our decision on this.
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer capturing the moments we would like specified. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like. We will even have opportunities for you to take photos outside of the ceremony times and request that you share your captured memories using a provided link the day of our wedding!
With the wedding being in March and unpredictable weather, we plan to keep our wedding indoors. Ceremony and reception times will be kept inside, but weather permitting, all are welcome to view the outdoor sites of our venue during the time on property.
Formal attire is not necessary. Casual dress clothes such as sundresses, khakis and nice shirts are appropriate options. The theme of our wedding is spring wildflowers for those who would like to complement this with spring colors and floral patterns.
