How do I find the location?

Answer

Google Maps works best and will take you right there! Put in 147 North Kiowa Road, Questa, NM 87756. The "North" is important. If you are coming from the south, as you drive North on Kiowa Road you will pass one cattle guard and there will be a big brown fence to the right, and a large white tent poking over. Turn there. If you find yourself turning left and passing over another cattle guard you have gone to far.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is limited, however you will only need to park once, because the ceremony and reception are in the same place! Please carpool.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:30 to park, grab a drink, and find a place to sit. The ceremony begins at 4:00 p.m. Please do not arrive late.

How should I prepare for the location and weather?

Answer

The location is outside, in a garden, please prepare for that. There are bugs, there will be sun, and the ground is not flat. We will provide sun screen, fans, and bug spray, however we will not harm nature for comfort. Weather in New Mexico can change quickly, and drastically. However, average weather for late August is mid to low 80's, with some rain. This is an outdoor wedding, prepare as you'd like, however comfy shoes, and sunscreen may be good. If you are planning on staying late, a light jacket or sweater may be beneficial. Can we use the house?

Answer

No, the house is reserved for the family that lives there and some bridal party members only.

What's with the food?

Answer

A lot of the food was prepared by Ty and Eva, locally sourced, or graciously brought by family and friends. There will be gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian options available for both cocktail and dinner.

What's with drinks?

Answer

We will have various drinks available, including mocktails and signature cocktails. We will also plan to have plenty of water. Please drink responsibly, and be mindful of the higher altitude.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dressy-Casual, for a summer garden wedding. Please no shirts with logos. It is outside, please wear comfortable shoes you are able to walk and dance in!

What is with the bathrooms?

We will have portable bathrooms on the property for guests to use.

Yes. We will have activities for kids and adults!

What's with the camping?

Answer

We wanted to make sure everyone was safe after a late night of celebrating! Camping is optional, please bring your own camping gear, there will be designated spots throughout the Keltner's residence to set up! Please set up either prior to the 3:30 pm or after the ceremony. On August 31st, coffee and tea will be served early, and brunch will be served at 12pm.

This is an inclusive wedding, we invited so many people that we love and cherish to celebrate our wedding. If you have strong ideologies that do not allow for inclusivity, please consider your attendance.
