Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guest formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one, they will appear when you RSVP.

When do I need to book accommodations by?
Answer
We would recommend booking your accommodation for the weekend as soon as possible! It is a popular time for weddings and vacations in the Catskills and hotels are booking up quickly. Please have accommodations booked no later than 6/1.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Welcome Party - Casual Cocktail Attire (sundresses for women, collared shirts for men). Wedding Ceremony & Reception - Our wedding is Black Tie Optional, meaning women should wear midi or floor length dresses and men should wear a formal tuxedo or suit. *Ladies, if you plan to wear heels we recommend a wedge or block (stilettos don't work well at this venue)

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
We would love to receive your RSVP as early as possible, so we can begin to plan accordingly. However, please RSVP by April 21st, 2025 at the latest.

Are children invited?

While we love your little ones, the events for the weekend will be adults only!

Will I need a car?
Answer
We do recommend having a car for the weekend or carpooling with friends/family who have a car. Almost everything you need is on the Scribners property but if you want to go for scenic hikes/walks, get coffee and food out, a car is highly recommended.

Will transportation be provided?
Answer
Yes transportation will be provided if you are staying at the Kaatskills Mountain Club! If not staying at Scribners, please make sure that Abby or Ty are aware of where you are staying so we can take this into consideration when planning transportation.
