Will transportation be provided?
Answer
We will have buses running in between the Hunter Lodge (Blue Bird) and Scribner's on both Friday and Saturday night. Friday Schedule: - 6 PM pickup from Hunter Lodge/Bluebird, drop off at the Rounds - 6:20 PM pickup from the Lodge at Scribners, drop off at the Rounds. Multiple trips will be made from here for anyone who does not want to walk up the trail in heels. 9:30 PM pickup from the Rounds, drop off at Hunter Lodge/Bluebird 9:40 PM pickup from the Rounds, drop off at the Lodge at Scribners, will do several rounds until 11 pm Saturday Schedule: - 4:00 PM pickup from Bluebird, drop off at Scribners at 4:10 PM - 10:15 PM pickup from Scribners - 11:00 PM pickup from Scribners - 12:00 AM pickup from Scribners

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guest formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one, they will appear when you RSVP.

When do I need to book accommodations by?
Answer
We would recommend booking your accommodation for the weekend as soon as possible! It is a popular time for weddings and vacations in the Catskills and hotels are booking up quickly. Please have accommodations booked no later than 6/1.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Welcome Party - Casual Cocktail Attire (sundresses for women, pants and button downs for men). Wedding Ceremony & Reception - Our wedding is Black Tie Optional, meaning women should wear midi or floor length dresses and men should wear a formal tuxedo or suit. *Ladies, if you plan to wear heels we recommend a wedge or block (stilettos don't work well at this venue)

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
We would love to receive your RSVP as early as possible, so we can begin to plan accordingly. However, please RSVP by April 21st, 2025 at the latest.

Are children invited?

While we love your little ones, the events for the weekend will be adults only!

Will I need a car?
Answer
We do recommend having a car for the weekend or carpooling with friends/family who have a car. Almost everything you need is on the Scribners property but if you want to go for scenic hikes/walks, get coffee and food out, a car is highly recommended.
