Meet us at the pool!
2:00 pm - 5:00 pm
If you are getting to the area in the afternoon on Friday, come meet us at the pool! You can check in and come hang out at the pool while you wait for your room to be ready!
Welcome Party
6:30 pm - 9:30 pm
Casual Cocktail: For women sundresses, skirts, etc. For men dress pants or khakis with button downs. This event will be on grass, please take that into consideration when thinking about footwear.
Dinner will be served! Transportation will be provided to and from the Hunter Lodge/Bluebird and the Lodge at Scribners. Please see the FAQ page for detailed schedule.

Wedding Ceremony
4:30 pm
This event will be Black Tie Optional. women should wear midi or floor length dresses and men should wear a formal tuxedo or suit. Parts of the day will be held on gravel, ladies we would recommend avoiding stilettos.
Transportation will be provided from the Hunter Lodge/Bluebird. Please see FAQ page for the detailed schedule.
