September 16th. We will be sending out a reminder the week of September 8th. We will close RSVPs on September 16th - we ask that you adhere to this deadline and if you are unable to, unfortunately, we cannot accommodate. We are at maximum capacity, please do not bring extra guests other than those that were written on your invitations. If you are having trouble with RSVPing, please contact Sierra at the number above or Bobby.
Due to limited space, we request that only those on invitations and on the RSVP section attend. This applies to children as well. Think of it as having a night without the kids! We hope our loved ones understand as it was extremely difficult for us, and that our guests don't assume they're allowed to bring extras. If you are planning on bringing your children and are still in need of a babysitter, please let us know. Alex used to work at an Army Daycare center for several years and has a few people in mind to recommend.
There is parking at the ceremony site.
Please arrive around 3:00 pm. If you would like to come earlier and help us set up, please let us know! We will be stopping people from entering at 3:25 pm.
Dress code is semi-formal. The venue is outdoors, so please prepare accordingly for the Virginia fall weather. Don't forget to bring your dancing shoes! Wedding party will be wearing shades of blue if you're trying to avoid clashing with them! Take a look at our pinterest board for some inspo! https://pin.it/25kGB9YMs
Dogs are not allowed.
If you have a food allergy, please let us know by the RSVP date so we can try to accommodate. We have removed peanuts from the entire menu on the day of the wedding.
No need to bring anything other than your best moves and your best wishes for the soon to be wedded! Maybe a jacket or coverup since it is outdoors. We will have an open bar - if you'd like to bring cash to tip servers or bartenders, feel free to do so.
