Alex always carries a knife attached to her belt so that she's able to eat her food without limitations. One day, Bobby tried to flirt by picking on her with "That's a tacti-cool knife you have there." After finding each other in the gym several times, they worked out together laughing over each other's playlists not knowing that they'd be sharing playlists in the near future. Throughout the years, Alex and Bobby's love has grown as they have continued to put their trust and faith in each other. Bobby has started his woodworking business and left Active Duty to join the civilian world, while Alex graduated in May, starting her Master's Program shortly after while preparing for dental school applications. Throughout the busy and restless nights, they have managed to find the light and peace in each other. As we try to make life predictable, God says otherwise. Bobby proposed on their anniversary as the day was spent wine tasting. As time passed, the sky got darker and filled with clouds. Bobby kept rushing Alex to finish her food so that he could propose before the rain, but she made sure to clean her plate. Right as it started pouring, they went outside and Robert got down on his knee asking Alex to spend forever with him. Alex blacks out and complains that it's raining, forgetting she said yes and that Bobby put the ring on her finger. Definitely a proposal to remember!
