Brekiesha (Kiesh) and Elisabeth met playing volleyball for DePauw University and have been best friends ever since. Fun fact, Kiesh took all of the photos from the surprise engagement at DePauw and helped Jake plan the ultimate surprise!


Céline Wachsmuth

Maid of Honor

Celine and Elisabeth met in Greek Language 101 at DePauw University. Celine then made it her sole mission to recruit Elisabeth into Kappa Kappa Gamma fraternity, and thank goodness she did, because we cannot imagine our lives without her. Fun fact, Celine is Elisabeth's sorority big.

Keegan Kollias

Bridesmaid

Elisabeth and Keegan met playing volleyball for DePauw University. After Keegan moved back to Indiana from New York, our friendship grew exponentially and we can't imagine our day without her! Fun fact, Keegan introduced Elisabeth to her sorority little, Mack!


Mackenzie Charron-Jones

Bridesmaid

Elisabeth and Mackenzie (Mack) met in Everglades National Park on a DePauw Winter term. After spending a month kayaking, we were closer than ever. Fun fact, Mack is Elisabeth's sorority little.

Ella Rhodes

Flower Girl

Ella was adopted in 2022 from Hasty, CO. Elisabeth and Jake fell in love with her nose freckles, floppy ears, and sweet smile and just had to make the 8 hour trek to get her. She loves ear scratches, pup cups, and beef treatos.


Belle Rhodes

Ring Bearer

Belle was adopted from Hamilton County Humane Society in 2020. At the shelter Belle climbed right out of her carrier and onto Jake's lap, where she promptly fell asleep. We knew we were not leaving the shelter without her. Belle loves her original cat toy, cat gogurt sticks, and lounging in a hammock.

Christian Rhodes

Best Man

Christian is Jake's twin brother. While now they only get to see each other a couple times a year, they are closer than ever. Fun fact, Christian and Jake proposed within a week of each other, unplanned, twin telepathy in full force.


James Hollett

Groomsman

Jake met James at Brebeuf Jesuit High School and have been close since! Now they only live 1.5 miles apart they are in each other's lives more than ever. Fun fact, James is the godfather of Belle. Bonus, James and Nilou's dog Dobby is Ella's best friend!

Isaac Rhodes

Groomsman

Isaac is Jake's youngest brother. Even though they are four years apart the brothers have always been close. Fun fact, Isaac is often mistaken as Jake's twin due to how similar they look.


Sean Buehler

Sean and Jake met at summer PE before high school. As Jake's oldest friend the two have seen all phases of each other's lives. Fun fact, Sean and Jake text each other through every Grand Prix race or hold watch parties together.

Jacob Wilson

Usher

Jacob is Elisabeth's little brother. While the two were quite different growing up, they have become close since college. Fun fact, Jacob is a huge Dallas Cowboys fan and hosts the family for the annual Dallas Thanksgiving game.


Shane Warning

Usher

Shane has been in Jake and Elisabeth's lives before they even started dating! Elisabeth met Shane during move in day on Lucy Rowland 3! Jake met Shane when they both rushed Delt and became fast friends. They were college roommates and were often mistaken for one another across campus.

Keith and Laura Wilson

Bride's Parents

Keith and Laura are the brides parents. The two met at Purdue University and have been married for 34 years. Keith and Laura met Jake after a DePauw Volleyball game at The Duck. Fun fact, Keith and Laura recently bought their retirement home in Tucson, Arizona.


Patrick and Melissa Rhodes

Groom's Parents

Patrick (Pat) and Melissa are the groom's parents and a classic DePauw, Wabash couple. They have been married for 39 years. Pat and Melissa met Elisabeth at a DePauw track meet. Fun fact, Pat and Melissa spend their summers on Cordry, Lake.
