What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Arrive 10-15 minutes before 2:00pm so that you can find a seat! If you would like time to take photos in front of our photobooth, please arrive 20 minutes early and mingle with our friends and family!

May I bring a date or a plus one?

Answer

At this time, we are requesting the presence of those listed specifically on invitations to attend our wedding in person. This is due to the safety of our friends and family members and to a 75 person maximum for large gatherings.

Do I need to wear a mask at your wedding?

Answer

Yes, please! We ask that guests follow the Mississippi state guidelines regarding masks in indoor spaces for the sake of our guests who are at higher risk of becoming sick. Thank you!

Will there be social distancing at your wedding?

Answer

Yes! The safety of our guests is our top priority. Everything at the wedding and ceremony has been designed to keep guests at least 6 feet apart from one another. We ask that guests maintain a safe distance from one another when mingling or moving.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, but parking is limited, so carpool if possible.

Why have you decided to do a virtual ceremony? How can I view the ceremony?

Answer

The decision to celebrate with the majority of our guests was not an easy one. Wesely & I both were and are deeply saddened that we will not be able to celebrate with everyone on the day of our wedding. This decision was made together out of the regard for the safety of those in our families who are at a high risk of contracting the virus. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we decided it would be best to record our ceremony so that we could celebrate with our guests remotely. We hope that you will join in the celebration of our marriage by viewing our ceremony on Youtube by searching "Wesley Peden." The video will be posted under his profile.

When will the virtual ceremony be uploaded to Youtube?

The video of our ceremony will be uploaded to Youtube by 8:00 am on November 14th. You will be able to find the video by searching "Wesley Peden."

Can I view the virtual ceremony at any time?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony will be uploaded by 8:00 am on November 14th, 2020, but you can view it at any point after it is posted.

Will guests be able to celebrate with you both in person at some point?

Answer

Yes! Wesley and I are in the works of planning a large celebration for our friends and family who were not able to attend the wedding due to the Coronavirus pandemic. The details for this celebration will come at a later time. We will wait to host an event like this until we have a clearing to gather in large groups by our state Governer. We are hopeful that, eventually, we will be able to gather together soon in a large group and dance the night away in celebration of our marriage!
