FAQs

Question

What kind of wedding is this going to be?

Answer

It's our hope that, if you choose to join us, you will see a day filled with love and happiness. Our wedding will not be traditional by any means, but we would still encourage you to come! The one thing we can tell you is that yes - this is going to be a very gay wedding.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

If you have children, they are welcome to attend the wedding, as we have included the possibility of you bringing them in our guest count. However, we do ask that you please keep an eye on your child at all times. Our venue does have places where an unattended child could be hurt if not careful. If your children are being disruptive and upsetting the venue owner, we will have to ask you to leave. If you'd rather enjoy a child free night, please do not bring them.

Question

Is there going to be an open bar?

Answer

We will have beer and wine, along with signature cocktails. There is a no self-serve policy for alcohol on the premise. The bar will open at 3:30, and last call will be at 9:15. The area around the venue is a quiet town, and the speed limit is heavily enforced. They will catch you if you are drinking and driving, so please make sure if you are going to partake that you have a safe way to return home. Car's can not be left at the venue.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our only request is that you come wearing something that makes you happy! Costumes are encouraged, but not required! Your comfort is important!

Question

What if I want to donate my services to the cause instead of give a gift?

Answer

If you've ever planned a wedding, you know they are not nearly as easy to plan as they look! If you would like to help out with ANY aspect of the wedding, please contact Taylor!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking on site for the ceremony and reception. We would ask that you park in the second lot first, as our vendors will need access to the main parking area. Those with disabilities are encouraged to park in the first parking zone so that they have easier access to the reception and ceremony.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you have been invited to the wedding, you are more than welcome to bring a date! Please just make sure you RSVP for both of you so that we have an accurate idea of how many people will be coming!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please do! We are doing our best to make sure there are vegan & gluten free options, but if you have another food allergy we would like to be aware!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered at Target and Amazon!

Question

Is smoking allowed?

Answer

We have multiple guests with an allergy to tobacco, and as such no smoking will be allowed at the venue.
