Planta is an internationally-inspired plant-based restaurant in the heart of Yorkville. A vegan lunch will be served in addition to cocktails, mocktails, and espresso. Gluten-free and nut-free options will be available. Please note that the food at Planta is not kosher certified; however, they have assured us that they will accommodate our guests who eat a kosher diet to the best of their ability. We love your children, but if you live in the city, we recommend that you leave your kids at home due to limited space in the venue. For our out of town guests, Planta has a kids' menu and we will have a small kids' area with crafts and childcare.

Weather permitting, we hope you can join us for an informal celebration on Ward's Island after the ceremony. If you’ll be joining us for the after party, we’ll leave Planta together at 3pm and TTC to the ferry terminal together. If you’d prefer not to TTC with the group / if you won't be attending the lunch reception beforehand, please meet us at the Jack Layton Ferry Terminal (9 Queens Quay W) at 4:00 p.m. DON’T BE LATE!!!! The lines for the ferry can be unpredictable / long, and if you miss the ferry (which leaves promptly at 4:30 p.m.) you’ll have to wait an hour for the next ferry. You’ll also risk missing a surprise guest who will be meeting us on the island to kick off the after party ;) *Food will be provided. BYOB / water bottle.
