Once we send out formal invitations (expect them around June) you will be able to RSVP by mail. Please RSVP by July 31st.
The wedding will take place on Saturday, October 26th. For guests who arrive early, we have reserved a private space for welcome drinks in Augusta on October 25th. Our recommended hotels are The Maine Evergreen Hotel and Hampton Inn Augusta. Please see the travel section of this website for a discounted rate links.
Complimentary transportation via shuttle will be arranged to and from the wedding for all guests, as parking at the venue is limited. Please see the travel section for more info on shuttles.
There is limited parking at the venue which will be reserved for the wedding party and designated guests. If you are not staying at one of our preferred hotels, there is a reserved parking lot down the street from the venue (Winthrop High School, 1 Rambler Rd, Winthrop, ME) and the shuttle will stop at the parking lot for pickup/drop-off as well.
While we love your kids, we have decided to have a kid-free wedding, with the exception of those we have decided to include in our wedding party.
Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. The reception will take place inside the barn, as well as having access to the outdoor patio area.
For cocktail hour we will have passed hors d’oeuvres. Dinner will be served 'family-style' with a mix of meat & vegetarian options available at each table.
