Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 2pm, so please plan to arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior.

Will a meal be provided?

Answer

We will be serving finger foods and light refreshments at the reception, but no full meal. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know so we can accommodate you as best we can.

Will you be having an open bar?

Answer

We will not be serving alcohol at the reception.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. Don't feel like you need to rent a tux or ball gown to attend! We aren't that fancy.

Are children welcome?

Answer

Yes, but please keep in mind that the ceremony and reception will take place on a farm that our friends have graciously allowed us to use. They have asked us to make sure that any children present will be well-behaved and stay within the barn and immediate surrounding area that we are using to avoid any accidents and other liability issues.

Will the ceremony be held outside? Are there any plans in the event of inclement weather?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held within the barn on the property, regardless of what may come. The barn is relatively open-air, but we will make arrangements to keep everything dry in the event that unforeseen weather strikes.

Where is the venue? Where do I go once I arrive at the address?

Answer

The ceremony and following reception will take place at 18767 Busdecker Rd. Pemberville, OH 43450. Once you turn onto Busdecker, you will have to drive a couple miles until you see a house on your right. It's the only house on the street, so you can't miss it! Once you have arrived, you will be shown where to park.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are a few nice hotels in Perrysburg, which is very close to Pemberville. The Holiday Inn, Hilton Garden Inn, and Home2 Suites in Levis Commons are all a 15-20 minute drive from the venue. For those who would prefer to book a hotel closer to the Largent household, the Staybridge Suites in Maumee is also an option.

Where should I send my gift?

Answer

Philip & Meghan will be relocating to Texas after the wedding and ask that all gifts would be shipped to 4025 Castle Creek, Round Rock, TX 78681. Most gifts purchased through our registry should automatically ship to this address, but please double-check before finalizing your purchase. A few items on the Zola registry will redirect you to another website, which will not automatically route gifts to our address.

Can I purchase a gift that is not on the registry?

Answer

Yes, but please make sure that a similar item has not yet been purchased from the registry. If at all possible, please send any non-registry gifts to the address provided above.

Can I contribute a cash gift without going through Zola?

Answer

Absolutely! Feel free to send any cash gifts through PayPal to turneyphilip@gmail.com using the Friends & Family option.

What if I can't make it to the wedding?

Answer

Philip and Meghan will also be having a small reception in Texas sometime in November. More information on that event to come later on. Please reach out to one of us if you are interested in attending.
