It was late and the bride had just gotten out of work and back into her dorm at UNH when her new college friend knocked on her door. She asked if I wanted to go out and meet some of her new friends. I declined initially and planned to just go to bed. As I was getting ready for bed, I had this gut feeling that I should go. I got ready quickly and joined my friend to meet everyone downstairs. One of those people happened to be Craig. We instantly became friends and our whole friend group would eat dinner together, go to UNH hockey games, go apple picking, etc. Throughout the semester we became close and it wasn't until January 2rd, 2015 during a blizzard and a trip from RI to NH (for Craig) to Loon Mountain that Craig asked me to be his girlfriend. He had planned to ask me on top of the mountain but I had lost one ski on the chairlift and was having a tough time getting back down, so he asked me in front of one of the fire pits. To this day I still remember everything about that moment and how it felt so special. One of our first 'real' dates was a nice breakfast at a local diner and it is by far our favorite kind of date to go on to this day. Flash forward to August 2019 on a Page family trip to Chile, South America. About mid-week Craig asked me to take a walk along the beach in Vina Del Mar. It was Chile's 'winter' time so we had most of the boardwalk to ourselves when Craig asked me to marry him. After planning for a 2020 wedding with our friends and family and then having to postpone due to Covid-19 we have finally made it to 2021. We will be married exactly 7 years since the month that we met at UNH. We can't WAIT to celebrate with you all and we are so blessed to have had your support this past year and the many years to come.
