If you looked at the venue's website, you may have noticed there are two wedding sites on the property. Not to worry, we will be having ours at The Boulders, completely indoors! Something else to note, the venue is two levels, so stairs will be involved. However, there is an accessible elevator for those who need it.
More than likely, yes. There are a couple of buildings on property that might be a bit far if walking through snow, so check which one you're booking in. Most are within walking distance though!
No, it would not be feasible to walk to the venue from downtown or vice versa. While it may seem close enough on maps, it is just not possible with the hills and potential winter weather.
We'd like to keep the guest list just to those who know us well, so the name of every guest invited to attend is listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.
No.
We will already be accommodating a multitude of allergies for the reception! However, please let us know if you have any restrictions and we will pass them on to the chef.
Yes :)
It truly depends on how much exploring you are planning on doing. If you'd like to continuously go from your hotel to other points of interest in the area, it would be best to rent a car. However, if you plan on staying in the warmth of your hotel, the shuttle would be a good option. Uber would not be the most reliable option either as we have heard they are few and far in between in Estes Park.
Yes! There is a Safeway right in Estes Park, so you can stock up if you plan on staying a few days!
