Where do I park for the wedding? (Hint, not on the street)

Answer

Wedding guests MAY NOT park on the street. Valet parking is available for all guests. The venue is located in a neighborhood. If you would like to self-park, there is a parking lot off of Hartford Street where you can park and walk over to the building.

Where is the best place to stay in Norfolk?

Answer

If you're looking for a hotel or Airbnb in Norfolk, we recommend you stay in Downtown Norfolk, Ghent or West Ghent. These locations are safe and very accessible to the wedding venue and tons of restaurants, shops and activities. Will and Christen both live and work near Downtown Norfolk and we would love for you to explore our area, which is why we are suggesting guests stay in Norfolk, Chesapeake or Virginia Beach.

I hear there's an outdoor cocktail hour? How should I dress?

Answer

Oh yes! Our venue has a BEAUTIFUL covered porch with a fireplace. March temperatures can be unpredictable, so we recommend you bring a coat or light jacket/sweater for the cocktail hour. If temperatures are lower than expected we will have patio heaters to keep you cozy.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same venue?

Answer

Yes! We're keeping it simple for you, the ceremony and reception will all be in the same space.

Do I need to have cash for the tunnel to Portsmouth?

Answer

It you take the Downtown or Midtown Tunnel to arrive at the wedding, you will not need cash on hand to pay the toll. EZ Pass users will glide on through and all others will receive a pay-by-plate bill in the mail.
