Yes - rest assured, all wedding activities are indoors! There are available coat hangers tucked on either side of the ceremony door entrance. Feel free to use instead of having to drape jackets over your ceremony chair.
For better or worse - we will be there! Please plan ahead and travel safely.

Your formal invitation will indicate on the envelope, as well as when RSVPing online, if you have a guest. Please note we have capacity constraints and did our best to accommodate all family and friends.
Our wedding ceremony and reception will be adults-only. Please note the invited guests will be listed on the invitation as well as shown when RSVPing online. It will be assigned seating and we will not be able to accommodate additional guests.
Yes - there are 97 parking spots in a paved lot.
Yes - there is a shuttle through the GrandStay. There will be limited trips before the ceremony. If the shuttle is full on it's last trip prior to the ceremony, guests will need to provide their own transit. Cars can stay parked in the lot until 10am on Sunday. The shuttle service will resume at 9pm and make a trip about every ~15 minutes.
Yes, BUT The Eloise staff shared they are limited and you must plan ahead. They recommend planning for ~45 minutes for an Uber/Lyft to arrive.

Guests will enter the ceremony space at ground level. From there, guests will descend down stairs for the reception. There is an elevator available for guests, if needed.
When you RSVP, each guest will be asked about any allergies or dietary restrictions. We will work with our catering company, Buck and Honeys, to accomodate.
