No. We won’t be hosting a reception or party. Our elopement was our way of celebrating -quietly, meaningfully, and fully present in the moment.
For us, eloping allowed us to focus on what mattered most: our commitment to each other, the place we were in, and the people (and pups) closest to us. It felt like the truest reflection of who we are and how we move through the world.
Your love, support, and presence in our lives already mean so much. If you’d like to celebrate with us, we’ve created experience-based funds that reflect how we live and what we value - but there is absolutely no expectation.
Instead of physical gifts, we chose to create experience-based funds that support adventures, everyday joys, and moments we’ll share together - things like travel, favorite meals, movement, and time outdoors. We value shared moments over things. Experiences—big and small—are what shape our days and memories, and we love the idea of thinking of our people when we’re out adventuring, exploring, or simply enjoying life together. You can find some ideas in the Registry section.
Not at all. Truly. This announcement is about sharing our story and inviting you into our lives - not expectations or obligations. Your support in any form is already deeply felt.
We were married in the Buffalo National River area at Steel Creek Campground near Ponca, Arkansas, surrounded by bluffs, river views, our closest friends, and our dogs.
Absolutely. Thoughtful notes, messages, and well wishes mean more to us than anything and will always be cherished.
Yes! You can find moments from our elopement in the Gallery section, so you can experience a small piece of the day with us.
It’s a glimpse into our everyday life - our favorite coffee shops, restaurants, trails, parks, and places we frequent. Each spot includes a little context on why it matters to us and how it fits into our rhythm.
