Are the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all held at the same location?

Answer

YES! All of the events of the day will be at Black Iris Estate in Carmel, IN.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that guests begin arriving around 4:00 PM. The ceremony begins at 4:30 PM EST at Black Iris Estate in Carmel, IN.

Will the ceremony be held outdoors?

Answer

YES! Weather permitting of course, but fingers crossed that the ceremony will be held outdoors. The reception will be held indoors.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal: Suits, ties, floor length, and/or cocktail dresses

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

YES! Please let us know of any food allergies and/or concerns. There will be a place on the RSVP card to note this, but feel free to reach out to us.

Can I leave my vehicle at the venue overnight if need be?

Answer

YES! Vehicles can be left overnight if need be, but must be retrieved the next morning/early afternoon.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

YES! We have created registries at Crate & Barrel, Target, and more. All can be found by clicking the REGISTRY tab at the top of this webpage, visiting the stores' websites, or by visiting the stores' themselves.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have blocked off rooms at multiple hotels around the area of the venue. Please visit the TRAVEL section of our website to view the options we have secured. Be aware there are cutoff dates for each hotel for being able to book and cancel reservations.
