What is the dress code?
Answer
Formal attire Ladies, ideally you are wearing a midi or floor length dress. If you'd like, we encourage dresses in warm tones (pink, red, coral, orange, yellow, etc.) to match our colors. Since our ceremony will be in the gardens, keep in mind the soft grass when choosing shoes. Gentlemen, a medium to dark colored suit and tie will look great!

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
The event is for adults 21 years-old and over. While we love your kids, we would love even more for our wedding to be your night off.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
Our wedding will be completely outdoors at Selby Gardens. October weather in Sarasota is beautiful but please note that it is still outside so dress accordingly. We are hoping for sunny and 75 to 80 degrees.

Parking for the Friday Welcome Wine Night
Answer
Park at the State Street parking garage, if you are not already downtown and can walk or uber to Block 15. There is also street parking in downtown Sarasota - pay at the meter. Note that there are two Block 15's and our event is downtown Sarasota and NOT at the Siesta Key location.

Parking for the wedding celebration at Marie Selby Botanical Gardens on Saturday

Park at the Marie Selby Botanical Gardens FREE private parking garage on the corner of Mound Street and South Orange Avenue. Enter the garage on South Orange Avenue. Park on one of the higher floors and enjoy the views of the intracoastal waterway and downtown Sarasota. GUEST ARE ALLOWED TO PARK THEIR CARS OVERNIGHT SO PLEASE CONSIDER UBERING BACK TO YOUR HOTEL AND PICKING UP YOUR CAR IN THE MORNING!

Will there be transportation provided to Gator Club?
Answer
Yes! We will have two buses to take guests over to Gator Club at 10:10pm. We recommend using ride share post Gator Club to your accommodations. Please don't drink and drive, parking overnight at Selby is free and has 24/7 surveillance.
