HENNA / MEHNDI ❁´◡`❁ 🤎A pre-wedding celebration where the bride, her friends, and family gather to apply intricate henna designs on their hands & feet. 🤎Considered a significant part of many South Asian wedding traditions, symbolizing blessings and good fortune for the bride's new life. 🤎The guests get to enjoy desi snacks and drinks. 🤎The event will be filled with music, chants, and dancing. **Henna Timeline** 1. Guests arrival - 9:00 am 2. Henna artist starts applying mehndi for guests- 9:30 am 3. Lunch served while henna application continues 12:00pm - 1.30pm 4. Henna session wraps up for guests -1.30pm 5. Henna session for bride ends at 3:30 pm **3:30pm-5:30 pm : BREAK** Guest relax or take a break. Get ready & boosted for the evening sangeet event!

Haldi ✿◡‿◡

Yellow/orange - simple casual or traditional🟡💛

💛Haldi involves applying turmeric paste (made with turmeric, organic coconut oil/ essential oil & rose water) to the bride & groom. 💛It is a close knitted event which honors the Indian- cultural heritage believed to keep evil spirits away from the couple. It also gives skin care benefits such as radiant, blemish free skin. 💛The bride & groom also get to apply the paste to their friends & family if they prefer to join the chaos ! 💛The ceremony will also include singing /karaoke ,dancing and eating ! 💛🟡Morning Haldi Ceremony timeline 🟡💛 1. Guests arrive - 10:00am 2. Haldi paste preparation and application starts - 10:30am -11:30am 3. Family blessings and photos - 11:30am -12:30pm 4. lunch served while Haldi celebrations continue - 12:30pm -1:30pm 5. Haldi ceremony concludes - 2:30 pm

Wedding Ceremony - 3:00pm to 3:30pm ( procession, readings, vows, ring exchange, pronouncement, and recession) 4. Congratulations, post wedding photos (3:30pm-4:00 pm) Break- (4:00-6:00pm) Guests depart or relax at hotel/lounge/home * Wedding party rests, and preps for evening * Photoshoot for wedding party (optional) and couple *pre-dinner drinks (4:30pm- 5:30pm)
