If your invitation says "and Guest," then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.
Formal please. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Don't feel pressured to buy a whole new outfit, but please no jeans or white! Bring your dancing shoes :)
