As we continue to monitor the ongoing guidelines from the CDC and the State of California, we will be sure to update this website. For now, there will be more information on June 15th around the social events guidelines to include weddings related to group gathering protocols, social distancing, masks, etc. We will provide guidance around masks and social distancing as we approach our wedding in September. Thank you all for the patience!
Yes, kids are welcomed. But we want our wedding to be your night off too so you can enjoy! We have a few referrals for babysitting/childcare services. If you are interested, please let us know and we will get this set up for you.
Yes! Everything will be at the Westin Carlsbad. Cocktail hour will be upstairs on the Grand View Terrace after the ceremony.
Please refer to the Travel & Accommodations tab to see the discount code provided by the hotel. Additionally, you are welcome to stay anywhere local to Carlsbad too. There are a ton of options in San Diego and this is only a 30 minute drive away. Other options include Del Mar, Encinitas, and La Jolla.
Dress attire for the wedding will be semi-formal. Our ceremony will be taking place on a grassy field, so ladies, please keep this in mind when choosing your footwear! Please note, dinner will be hosted outside, so we’d recommend bringing a jacket to keep warm as the temperature does drop at night.
There is an optional casual event on Friday evening. See the "Schedule" tab for more information.
No. The ceremony and reception will be held at the same place. We do recommend either getting a rental for the weekend or using Lyft/Uber as we want you to have fun, enjoy and be safe!
We will enjoy an American plated dinner menu. A few months prior to the wedding, we will send out the details on RSVP. We will be sure to capture any dietary restrictions.
We do not have a gift registry. We are lucky enough to have everything we need for our new life together. However, if you do wish to gift us, a small contribution to help us begin our new chapter in life is appreciated but not necessary. Simply bring yourself – we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
