You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no”, so we can plan accordingly.

Dress Code: All Black — Dress to Impress Think Grammys, Gala, or Premiere Night — a night of timeless sophistication and star-level style. Ladies: Black gowns, cocktail or statement dresses, or chic evening jumpsuits. Gentlemen: Black suits or tuxedos, dress shirts, and polished shoes. This is your red-carpet moment — elegant, refined, and camera-ready.

What time should the wedding party arrive on Saturday?

For our wedding party please plan to arrive by 3:00 PM for check-in. This ensures everyone has time to settle in, get ready, and be prepared for the rehearsal and welcome events.

The rehearsal dinner / Sneaker Ball is fun and casual-chic — sneakers encouraged with 90s stylish attire.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 30-45 minutes before the official ceremony start time at 3:00 p.m.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking available on site for all guests. If you prefer not to drive, our host hotel shuttle will also provide complimentary rides to and from the venue.

Are there any hotel accommodations for guests?

Answer

Yes. Hotel room blocks are available at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Charlotte, North Carolina. Please refer to the Travel Tab on the home page for more information.

Is there a shuttle or transportation provided?

Yes! Our host hotel shuttle will pick up guests from the airport to the hotel. On the wedding day, it will also provide rides to and from the venue free of charge.

Yes! There will be an open bar at the wedding reception, along with non-alcoholic options.

Absolutely! We will accommodate vegetarians. Please let us know in advance when you RSVP so we can make arrangements.

Yes you can! Your presence is the greatest gift! If you’d like, we have a registry.

Absolutely! Join us after the reception for our After Party: The Encore in downtown Charlotte — music, dancing, and celebrations continue!
