FAQs

The Wedding Website of Katherine Brady and David Tubman
Question

I received the Save the Date and I know I cannot attend the wedding. How should I notify the bride and groom?

Answer

We're sorry to hear that you won't be able to celebrate with us, but we really appreciate you letting us know! Formal RSVPs will be requested when the invitations are sent out, but please feel free to call or text us in advance to let us know you can't make it.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests arrive by 3:30pm, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. A cocktail hour and reception will follow immediately after.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we adore children, our wedding will be a grown-ups only evening. We hope parents enjoy a night off and celebrate with us!

Question

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes, both will take place at the Garrison. Guests can simply stay and enjoy cocktail hour and the reception immediately following the ceremony.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We wish we could invite everyone's special someone! Due to limited space, we can only host guests named on the save the date and/or invitation. If you have a guest listed on your invitation, they're invited too. Please refer to the names listed on your invitation or RSVP form for who is included.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please let Katherine and David know of any allergies so they can inform the venue.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, parking is available at the Garrison. However, we encourage guests to take advantage of the transportation we’ve arranged to and from the venue so everyone can relax and enjoy the celebration safely.
