Please plan to arrive no later than 30 minutes before the ceremony begins, so please be there by 4:00 PM.
Shuttle service will run exclusively between The Hythe and the ceremony/reception venue. Shuttle to Ceremony: Shuttles will run from 3:15 PM to 3:45 PM. Please plan to take an early shuttle, as space may be limited on the last departure. Return Shuttles: Shuttles will run from Donovan Pavilion back to The Hythe and Vail Village from 9:45 PM to 10:45 PM. If you are not staying at The Hythe, you are welcome to go there to use the shuttle. Otherwise, please plan to arrange your own transportation (Uber, taxi, or driving). Public shuttle buses are also available throughout Vail and can transport you between Vail Village, Lionshead, and the venue. Parking is available at all event locations.
Welcome Party: Mountain Chic / Cocktail Attire (A polished, semi-formal look with a relaxed mountain feel—think dresses, button-downs, blazers, and stylish footwear. Jeans are welcome when styled up.) Wedding: Mountain Formal / Formal Attire (Formal attire with a refined mountain touch—think suits or dresses paired with elevated, mountain-appropriate elements and comfortable, stylish footwear.) Sunday Lunch: Casual (Wear whatever makes you comfortable—this is an outdoor event.)
If you’re flying in or out of Eagle Airport (EGE), we strongly recommend booking morning flights, as connection flights later in the day often experience delays. If you’re flying in or out of Denver (DEN), please allow at least two hours of travel time between Denver and Vail when planning for events and activities throughout the weekend.

We’re keeping our wedding celebration adults-only. Children are welcome to join us at the Welcome Party on Thursday and the Lunch Event on Saturday. We truly appreciate your understanding!
