No formal dinner provided, but feel free to order food at the venue — it’s a great spot to eat, drink, and hang out. Or join us after dinner for drinks and good company. Wedding Ceremony & Celebration to Follow

4:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Mountain Formal/Formal Attire

The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. Please plan to arrive by 4:00 PM and be seated. Shuttle service will be provided from The Hythe Hotel in Lionshead Village to the venue, with departures starting at 3:15 until 3:45. Seating on the shuttles is limited, so we kindly ask guests to arrive early and avoid waiting for the final shuttle.

Lunch

12:00 pm - 2:00 pm

This is a casual event

Come join us for drinks and lunch! We’ll be hanging out on a spacious outdoor patio—perfect for a casual afternoon together. Dress accordingly: Hats, Sunglasses, etc. as this is an outdoor event. Open bar: 12:00–1:30 PM Plenty of lunch options are available for purchase if you’d like to grab a bite. We’d love to see you there!
